The service stood out. A worker transported my bags across the hotel without me requesting it. The breakfast offered a good variety. I also appreciated the restaurants.

The minibar was locked. Maintenance had to come multiple times. The lighting system was difficult to manage with switches that did not work.

the breakfast buffet featured many live cooking stations. amnesties in the room were really good. i especially loved the variety of high-quality products provided, we loved our suite.

the service felt slow at times. i waited longer than expected for assistance. this delay made me late for a planned activity.
